We sell and ship to any of the contiguous 48 United States as well as Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI). Alaska and Hawaii items will be shipped via USPS only and are not eligible for any free shipping promotions.

We are offering free UPS ground shipping on all orders of $99. and above that are shipped within the Continental U.S. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time our free ground shipping offer is not available for our customers in Hawaii and Alaska, P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders.
Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy. Please allow the full shipping timeframe for your item to arrive.
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
What are the shipping options for Alaska & Hawaii?
We offer shipping to Alaska & Hawaii on most items weighing 50 pounds or less. Due to carrier restrictions, some items cannot be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Note: Free shipping offers do not apply when items are shipping to these areas.
The shipping rate to these destinations will vary based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the package(s), and shipping method. Your shipping cost and delivery time frame will be displayed at the checkout page before you submit your order.
Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO Address
We cannot ship items to P.O. Boxes. All Items must be shipped to a physical address.
At this time, we are not shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Processing
All orders are handmade once the order is received. Most orders process and ship within 2 to 3 weeks; however, please be aware that canvas orders may take a little longer.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the production of your item(s) and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping estimates are estimates only and actual delivery times are the responsibility of the Carrier used.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on the Carrier's weight-based/box size calculation. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound to account for the packing material and the box used.
Inclement Weather
We do our best to ensure that every package ships and arrives to its final destination as quickly and efficiently as possible; however, at times extreme or inclement weather such as snow and ice may impact our service and disrupt the transportation networks of our couriers. In those instances, packages are sometimes delayed as couriers may be unable to complete delivery. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work with our dedicated couriers to ensure that packages are delivered quickly and safely.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund as long as it is not a Custom-made plaque or Photo image canvas. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number, a photograph of the issue and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order as well as a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Packages without the RMA number written on the outside of the return box will not be accepted.
